PRIVACY POLICY

This website is owned by Lase Renata hereinafter Lase & Partners or L&P. By viewing this site or using the information provided, you accept the Terms and Conditions set out below. If you do not accept these Terms and Conditions, please do not continue to view this site.

This page describes the management methods adopted by L&P (hereinafter referred to as the Data Controller), with registered office at Via Di Capo Le Case 48 00181 Rome, regarding the processing of personal data of individuals with whom it comes into contact in the course of its institutional activities online and in person.

This is an information notice also provided pursuant to EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR), valid for all those who consult the website www.portocubano.it or interact with other services or sites owned by the Data Controller. Browsing this site is anonymous. Therefore, anyone can consult it without having to provide any personal information; however, registration is required to use some of the services offered.

L&P informs that the personal data in its possession is provided directly by the Data Subject, in one of the following cases:

•registration on the website www.laseepartners.it.

•request for information or contact

The information notice is provided only for the website and services of the Data Controller and not for other websites that may be accessed via links.

PROCESSED DATA

The processing concerns personal data (general information, such as, for example, first name, last name, date of birth, e-mail, telephone, etc.) provided by the Data Subject by filling in the fields available in the appropriate sections. The data of the data subject are collected for the following purposes:

•fulfil contractual obligations (where provided)

•fulfill legal obligations

•provide the services

•receive the informational newsletter

The processing of data for such purposes may take place using paper-based, automated, telematic methods, by ordinary or electronic mail, telephone or fax.

NATURE OF PROVISION AND REFUSAL

The provision of personal data for the above purposes is optional, but necessary in order to allow you to use the services offered by L&P. Therefore, any refusal to provide the data will make it impossible to access the aforementioned services.

MINORS

If the User is under 18 years of age, it will be necessary to obtain the authorization of the person holding parental responsibility for the processing of their data.

LAWFULNESS, PURPOSES AND LEGAL BASIS OF PROCESSING

The personal data voluntarily provided by the Data Subject will be processed in accordance with the lawfulness conditions set out in Art. 6 letter a) of the GDPR, in order to benefit from the above. For the pursuit of this purpose, the legal basis is the consent of the Data Subject who has given their consent. The personal data collected will remain confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties for other purposes.

CATEGORY OF SUBJECTS TO WHOM THE DATA MAY BE DISCLOSED

The personal data collected will not be disclosed. However, they may be communicated to companies or entities contractually linked to L&P, both inside and outside the European Union, in order to fulfill the purpose for which they were collected. The data may be communicated to:

•sports promotion bodies to which the holder is affiliated, for the purpose of membership registration within the context of non-competitive sports activities carried out by members

•subjects appointed as managers by the Data Controller

•professionals, firms or companies in the context of assistance and consultancy relationships

The subjects belonging to the aforementioned categories will act as data processors, or may operate independently as autonomous data controllers. The list of such subjects is available at the Data Controller's headquarters or by writing to the e-mail address: info@laseepartners.it

PROCESSING METHODS – DATA STORAGE

The processing is carried out both automatically and manually, using methods and tools designed to ensure maximum security and confidentiality, by individuals specifically appointed in compliance with Articles 28 and 29 of the GDPR. Pursuant to Article 5, paragraph 1, letter e) of the GDPR, personal data will be stored by L&P in a form that allows identification for no longer than is necessary for the purposes for which the data was collected.

STORAGE PERIOD

The personal data collected will be stored in a form that allows the identification of the Data Subject for a period of time not exceeding the achievement of the purpose for which they are collected and processed. Once the retention period has ended, the data will be deleted from systems and documentary archives, unless laws or other regulations require retention for longer periods.

PLACE OF PROCESSING

The processing of data collected by L&P is carried out by authorized personnel at their own premises.

NAVIGATION

Generally, during normal Internet browsing, some personal data (such as IP addresses) and other parameters related to the Data Subject's operating system and computer system may be implicitly collected. This data is NOT and will NOT be used by the Data Controller, except anonymously and only to obtain statistics on visits to their website.

COOKIES

No personal data of the Data Subjects is acquired by the site. No cookies are used for the transmission of personal information, nor are any persistent cookies of any kind used, or systems for tracking Data Subjects. The use of session cookies (which are not stored persistently on the Data Subject's computer and disappear when the browser is closed) is strictly limited to the transmission of session identifiers (consisting of random numbers generated by the server) necessary to allow secure browsing of the site and to enable better usability. The session cookies used on the Data Controller's site avoid the use of other IT techniques that could potentially compromise the confidentiality of the Data Subjects' browsing and do not allow the acquisition of personal identifying data of the Data Subject.

Possible and any links to other websites are provided for the user's convenience, but I am not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content of such external links. Therefore, under no circumstances can the Owner be held liable for any direct or indirect damage suffered by the user while browsing the aforementioned sites.

The processing of your personal data complies with the principles of fairness, lawfulness, and transparency, respecting your privacy and your rights. The data may be used by the Amateur Sports Association Be Top for the generation of statistics (exclusively anonymous) or for sending news regarding ongoing initiatives or events. At any time, you have the right to:

•obtain from the Data Controller access to personal data and request information relating to the purposes, the categories of personal data processed, the recipients to whom the personal data will be communicated (including any recipients in third countries), the retention period of the personal data or, where this is not possible, the criteria used to determine this period, the existence of automated decision-making processes, including profiling;

•rectify personal data, delete it or restrict its processing. If the Data Subject has given consent to the processing of personal data concerning him or her for one or more specific purposes, he or she may withdraw consent at any time;

•be informed of the existence of adequate safeguards relating to the transfer of their data to a third country or to an international organization;

•request the portability of personal data; in this case, the Data Controller will provide the Data Subject's personal data in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format, transmitting them to another data controller if requested;
